Previously, these checkouts had the classic Qxpress lights installed (strangely, they seem to have been mounted on black posts, whereas the too-tall ones in the previous picture are beige -- maybe the new signs were just installed in a seriously sloppy manner). Oddly, the grab-and-go drinks case along the front end seems to have been switched from soda/water/juice to alcohol at some point! Maybe these have been turned into locked refrigerated cases, which aren't a common sight, or maybe QFC just figured employees could keep a better eye on stuff up here than back in the beer aisle.
