In October, on the other hand, it was pitch black out by 7:30, meaning pretty much everything was still open and the streets were still pretty busy on this visit. The outside of the building would have looked really cool when this mall first opened, with Tinseltown's neon signage up above and lots of decorative neon on the exterior too, but now most of that seems to be non-functional, leaving the place a bit dark.
