Heading down Abbott St, there's a pretty cool 3D neon version of the International Village logo above the parking garage entrance. Or at least that's what it's supposed to be -- now it just says "Interna". At least there's another neon squiggle on the right (another blue and pink one -- I'm not sure, but I think they originally came in multiple colors). For some reason, the lights were on inside one of the empty spaces in Fashion Boulevard, and you can clearly see how unfinished it looks inside.
