Up close

From the upper level, you can get a close view of the neon signs, which is cool! There used to be Asian-styled banners hanging from those bars in front of the abstract side of the signs, which seem to have disappeared a long time ago (maybe they were always a seasonal thing). It's weird to see all of the neon off in that 2007 picture -- these days, most of the neon is on all the time.
