It's time to set the neon aside for a moment, though, and check out the other seriously cool part of this mall (which also happens to be seriously dead). Fashion Boulevard was supposed to be the cornerstone of this mall, but the envisioned fashion stores failed to arrive, leaving the branding rather out of place.
