Ba Ke Ry

The bakery here had a better selection at 9 at night than my local Safeways tend to during regular afternoon hours! Unfortunately, it was mostly just normal Safeway bakery items, not the special products Haggen bakeries have. Similar to the floral department, the bakery looks kind of like an afterthought here, crammed into an awkward corner and sharing space with produce. The woodgrain finish they used here is pretty awful too. The cases are an odd design, presumably left over from Andronico's, and the slanted refrigerated case with silver trim looks like something Albertsons would have used in the Supervalu era!
