I'm not a fan of the "bistro" name in Ultra-Premium (it's a total knockoff of 2010s-era Kroger!), but the decor here is one of my favorite parts of the package. I quite like the textured metal panels on the back wall too -- it's too bad they're just a stripe across the top, with very boring white tile below. The prepared foods offerings are on par with a Lifestyle-era Safeway despite the fancy name (chicken, China Express -- a name that Safeway has brought back in recent years, sandwiches, and sushi), with the only special thing being a small poke station (something I've seen in a few Safeways recently).
