Blue deli

Speaking of Kroger knockoffs, Ultra-Premium also has the delicatessen thing. I've never liked that when Kroger has done it, and I don't like it here either! I do quite like the category signs sticking out from the soffit, which remind me of some of the things Acme has done in their fancier stores in recent years. They have a retro-modern look that I always enjoy. Out in front of the deli is a set of mini-aisles of self-service deli products and grab-and-go meals, which thankfully aren't the full-height cases that Safeway has installed in a lot of their recent remodels.
