A well-stocked floral section is always photogenic, and it seems the grand opening crowds weren't having much of an impact on the display here. Trader Joe's is right across the street and has much better prices on plants and flowers, so Safeway will be facing an uphill battle to sell the products in this store's fairly extensive floral department.
