The one special thing I did get a picture of was the caricature artist stands -- they had two of them, blocking up the very high-traffic front actionway. No, I didn't get a caricature drawn, and even if I had I wouldn't share it here, but they were drawing them on paper with a cartoony Safeway shopping bag printed on it -- I'm not sure if it had anything specific to this store or not. The artists seemed to be from the same company that often has (non-free) caricature stands set up in touristy places like the waterfront and Seattle Center -- they had the same equipment setup with the same signs/stickers, just with the prices covered up.
