At first glance, this looks like a fairly standard Lifestyle-built store with Modern. But if you look closely, you'll notice some differences -- most noticeable in this picture is the different style of woodgrain trim on the cases, aisle markers, and walls. That's because this store has the "stacked stone" version of Modern Deluxe, which seems to be exclusive to upscale, rural (or in Carmel's case, faux-rural) communities -- the kinds of places where you're always hearing about a housing crisis because the wealthy residents who run the town can't stand the sight of apartments. (Yes, my snark level is extra high today -- this sort of place really brings it out in me.) The only other place that I know has this decor variant is the Lake Tahoe area, so it's probably a NorCal division special.
