Unlike a lot of similar stores, Safeway didn't even have to use a shrunken version of Modern here -- the full-size version fits pretty much perfectly! They did have to cut down the produce sign's wood background to fit below the ductwork, but even that still looks pretty nice. I am a bit surprised that they left the old (formerly single-deck) produce cases in place -- typically, this is the one part of the store that gets new cases in Modern remodels.
