This feels even more Albertsons-like than before

With the new bakery completed, this area is now a real grand aisle, something that's quite strange to see at Safeway! I've visited some actual Albertsons stores that look very similar to this, even down to the little hole-in-the-wall bakery. And speaking of holes in walls, the tiny alcove in the back corner really bothers me -- why couldn't they have extended the meat soffit two more feet to the right to close that off??
