Safeway also installed these strange, tall and skinny, road signs at the parking lot entrances circa 2010, at the time of this store's Lifestyle remodel. These are so unusual that I had assumed they were older signs that just got updated with the new logo, but no, it looks like they were completely new! I guess Safeway realized that this store is a bit hidden away and people need directions on how to get to it.
