Save Mart also added a proper wall sign for the deli, something you don't normally see in Grocery Palace stores. (They had the famous giant hanging sign originally, but with this being a very late Grocery Palace store, I'm guessing it never had one of those. Also, huh, the clock/plate logo in that AFB picture looks a lot like the one we saw at the Bakersfield Crates store... there must have been some sort of cross-decor thing going on that's been completely lost to time. But that's way off topic for this store!) The odd black awnings above the counter (something that some Grocery Palace stores got seemingly at random) have stuck around, and it's nice to see that Save Mart is still using both sides of the deli (unlike many Albertsons stores that still have this layout).
