I suspect that Safeway largely rebuilt the meat alcove, since it looks exactly like what you'd find at any standard Safeway. The cases are all standard fare for a 90s Safeway too. The only oddity is the stark white walls within the service area, with the classic Lifestyle tile only being on the soffit between it and the salesfloor.
