The sidewalk could use pressure-washing, too

It's time to get away from the disappointing messiness of the abandoned restaurant, though the whole facade doesn't shine in the way I'm sure it did when it was newer. The concrete colonnade, in particular, could really use some cleaning at the very least, along wtih patching of the spalled spots that are allowing the rebar inside to rust (noticeable on the second horizontal beam). I'm not sure what the construction in the background was about -- it seemed like they were doing some sort of utility work, and I had thought it was related to the car chargers, but those had apparently already been in place for a few years before this visit so it probably wasn't that.
