The entrance setup is a bit awkward, dumping you into the customer service desk (with a big sign advertising sign-ups for the Eataly Club discount card, though the section of the desk it points to was all blocked off with random legal papers (which seem to be a common thing in Italy). Straight ahead is the bank of glass elevators to the upper levels (right where the doors to the platform would once have been), and you can see the bridge carrying the second level (first floor in European terminology, but I'm going to stick to American terms to avoid confusing myself) across the atrium at the top of the picture.
