While I fixated on the buffalo mozzarella when we previously looked at Il Caseificio, they have all sorts of other buffalo milk products -- yogurt, burrata, and plenty of stuff I didn't recognize. I'm sure it was all good, but I'm not much of an adventurous eater on vacations, especially when I'm planning to be away from the hotel all day.
