Interestingly, the deli counter is set up as an island, with a little aisle wrapping around it (home to various self-serve deli products, mostly cured meat). The roll-up door on the left leads to the back room (the last few pictures show it open), which means that all of the brickwork here was added to Eataly rather than being part of the original station building. I'm sure it's just brick veneer, but it looks much better than the fake brick that I've seen in American grocery stores!
