Those cheap new signs were pretty much the same for every store Haggen took over, making this a very widespread decor package for a very brief time before they crashed and burned. Haggen put their name on pretty darn much everything in these stores, presumably in a desperate attempt to build brand recognition, but that meant that the (relatively few) stores that went on to have a third life after Haggen gave up ended up having pretty much all of their decor removed, even if it was an independent store that took over (well, unless they were super lazy).
