While the woodgrain and (I believe) even the font are from Modern, I've always thought these "wine cellar" signs had a real Lifestyle style to them, thanks to the all-lowercase text and the beige color. Speaking of beige, I was surprised to find that this store's carts were all of the Lifestyle Beige plastic variety rather than... well, I don't know what, since Safeway has been extremely inconsistent with their carts in recent years, but I believe the standard new carts they were buying at the time were black plastic and/or black metal.
