The mixed cursive/normal text style is used for most of the extra signs added in the first revision to Urban Mix, though this store only has two of them -- this one and the produce one we saw yesterday. The produce one is of the typical style used in Urban Mix, painted on the wall and including weird text effects similar to Neighborhood, while this one is a special design retrofitted onto one of the Fresh Fare light boxes. Unsurprisingly, I like this style a lot more.
