The front end is a bit of a bland letdown after the rest of this store, though I'm guessing the huge blank space (partially occupied by beach supplies) on the right side was once home to the in-store Chase Bank, which would have helped somewhat. Sadly, despite the custom woodgrain pattern on the checkstands themselves, the register lights here are the same generic style used throughout the PF&H era, and are leaning haphazardly all over the place. They do, somehow, actually have up-to-date advertisements, featuring the font and curvy underline from the Sincerely era -- the Seattle Division, at least, stopped producing new advertisements for register lights like this years ago!
