Some P17 stores include extra aisle markers for quite a few departments outside of the normal grocery section, largely replacing the hanging department signs Target traditionally used; exactly which sections have them seems to be rather inconsistent, though. This store has a lot of them, though they're still using them in a more measured and useful way than Kroger/Fred Meyer, the kings of excessive aisle marker installation. The white-on-red design reminds me a lot of the PFresh/P13 era, and they're a completely different look from P17's grocery aisle markers!
