Strangely modern

Off to the right side of the entrance is the floral department, housed in an area that sticks out as looking much more modern than anything else in the store. It appears that this was once an in-store Union Bank branch, which Save Mart repurposed (rather cheaply, unsurprisingly) after it closed. I'm guessing the floral department was formerly located in the rather empty space in the foreground of the picture, now used as overflow floral and bakery space.
