So long, Longs

And for one last look at this cool, but bizarre, store, here's a long view of its facade. The building in the background is a former Longs Drugs location that has been vacant ever since it closed during the CVS merger; unfortunately, its well-preserved labelscar was painted over around the time Save Mart got its "new" sign. (The whole complex was repainted at that time, and yet it still managed to look run-down when I visited just a year or so later!) 

Anyway, hope you enjoyed this -- it was one of the top highlights of my whole California trip! Coming up tomorrow, another old set, though one that should hopefully be a little less boring than the Target we're also looking at!
