Another unique touch to this Safeway is the local landmark circle in the staircase down to the parking garage, featuring a ring of various destinations (some of which are a bit of an odd choice, making me think this wasn't done by someone with much if any local knowledge -- similar to the local landmark displays various Kroger packages include) around a cherry blossom drawing in the middle. Seems like cherry blossoms are disproportionately represented in the local flair here, seeing as they're only around for a couple days a year, but I shouldn't complain since it's extremely rare for the Seattle Division to bother installing any sort of local flair!
