It would have made sense for the "healthy" sign we saw last time to be up in this part of the store, but no -- in fact, there's no signage at all for the health and beauty department (apart from the mini aisle markers, which actually do look pretty nice. On the other hand, the concrete floor over here looks pretty awful, with significant cracking and spalling despite how new the store is -- definitely not a good look. Normally, I don't mind concrete floors in new stores like this since they typically still look pretty good, but that isn't the case in this part of the store!
