Even all these years later, it's not hard for me to remember just how disappointed I was to step inside and find that the store had been grey-ified inside, with hardly any neon anywhere. This was before this garbage "refresh" had showed up in a lot of Targets (P17, which introduced the grey walls, was still relatively new), and I think this was my first time seeing it in person.
