I know removing department signs from the clothing section was something Target did to pretty much every store in the 2010s, presumably to allow for more flexibility in allocating the space... but this store seems to be rather light on department signs everywhere, not just in the clothing section! I'm not sure if it was built this way or if some of the signs were removed at some point, but in a store that's already pretty boring, the lack of signs just adds to the dullness of everything.
