Seriously, it is basically the entire perimeter wall that feels unfinished. One thing that really stuck out to me in person is the weird recessed metal panels above the windows (almost as if someone forgot the awning over the sidewalk would block the top row of windows and decided to switch them out at the last minute), but the assorted exposed structural, plumbing, and conduit bits everywhere look pretty bad too -- and there's even a coil of unused wire right next to the mural in the background, painted white to match everything else. Speaking of which, at least most of the stuff on the ceiling is painted too (though I think I'd rather see unpainted structure than the ugly insulation that Safeway installed here), except there are several of those weird flat, silver things (I have absolutely no clue what they are -- I've never noticed them anywhere else) that were left unpainted and therefore stick out like a sore thumb.
