Continuing along, we're now back to the center court area. It's striking just how similar this view is to Southcenter, a mall that I am much more familiar with (though of course, this one came first). Southcenter doesn't have the neat sconces this mall does, though!
I question the wisdom of university advertising which does not even mention the name of the university! Maybe people know the initials in the area, but obviously it isn't something as well-known as the University of Washington, Washington State University, or something like that. Then again, I know some religious colleges like to hide their denominational name in the hopes of attracting a wider range of students. Houston Baptist University used to do that by calling themselves HBU until they just changed the name of the college to Houston Christian University. It won't be long before they start calling themselves HCU I'm sure.
