Sure, there are hypermarkets out there that have pharmacies and sell watersports equipment, but how many of them put those things in the same place within the store?! Anyway, the pharmacy neon sign is of the style that was used for most departments in other (earlier) stores with this decor package, but it's the only one this store has, either because it was partially remodeled or it was a transitional store to newer decors. Despite that, the hanging pharmacy signs, especially the "prescription pick-up only" sign in the background, look like they belong to a package far older than this one!
