The front end is home to more mixed-decor weirdness, with Save-On's own register lights (the green lollipop style that they seem to have used for ages) right next to Lifestyle express lane signage. I think that silver case in the foreground is a Save-On addition, since haven't seen Safeway use silver fixtures, though it is the same style of mid-height case that they often use in the deli, so I'm not sure. I'm pretty sure the forest of hanging security cameras wasn't a Safeway thing either!
Between the green and the camera sticks, this looks a bit like a Publix front end! Of course, that would have to be a Publix front-end with Lifestyle elements, lol.
