This store has its "thank you for shopping" sign awkwardly placed in the produce department, a strange choice that years later would become the centerpiece of Main & Vine, and then incorporated into Urban Mix. It would be surprising if Main & Vine's designers actually took inspiration from this store, but it's an interesting common thread between QFC's two most interesting, experimental stores! Strangely, while the decor remains the same, this part of the store appears to have received new cases since the last time I was here, which seems strange considering that this is one of their newest stores.
