Despite its outdated look, I still kind of like this older children's decor -- it provides a pop of color in a part of the store where Fred Meyer tends to almost exclusively use neutrals, even in colorful decor packages like Banner. Then again, the particular colors used do clash with Banner's (relatively) muted palette, so it's probably a good thing that they are kept separate!
