On my previous visit, the upper salesfloor (unlike the main one)
had category plaques on its aisle markers (and relatively new ones, even), but it appears that they were removed in the liquor reset and never replaced. I'm quite surprised to see that even now, most of the liquor in this store isn't in the secured area -- the Safeway in the neighborhood (which has a significantly less intrusive anti-shoplifting setup overall) has it all segregated away, as do many Fred Meyer stores in (what I'd assume are) much less theft-prone areas than Capitol Hill.
