This store was built in 2008, as part of a themed retail development called Grand Central (consisting of Fred Meyer and a collection of small strip malls) in an industrial part of western Vancouver. It was remodeled from Northwest to Banner in 2017 or 2018 (which is quite some time ago, yet the top Google Maps photos still show it with Northwest!), and I visited it in 2019 as part of my Portland vacation.
