No more movie rental

Sadly, the old movie rental sign was taken out in the remodel, and somewhat surprisingly, so was the woodgrain flooring in front of the customer service counter, even though the counter itself was left untouched. It's quite possible, though, that the counter has been replaced or modified since my 2021 visit, since Safeway has started replacing these giant customer service counters that most of their 90s-00s stores were built with in favor of new ones that are around half the size.
