Despite the many changes made to the grocery side of the store, the service departments were left pretty much exactly as they were. That even includes the standalone sushi section in the "have a seat" section, which I would have expected to get integrated into the main Bistro area. Even the original design of the soffit with blocky, angled elements was retained, just repainted. I quite like how this area looks with Banner, probably even more than with its original Northwest decor (not that that's a surprise, since Banner is much better than Northwest in most regards).
