While that odd partition was painted Banner's bright yellow color, the concrete blocks on the remaining sides of the vestibule were left in their previous drab beige. I can't complain too much, though, since they did at least leave the old "Fred Meyer Kirkland" welcome sign. (But seriously, couldn't they have at least cleaned all the dust and dirt off the wall on the right?)
The dirt and dust in the grooved concrete walls remind me of Kmart! The Kirkland sign reminds me of, well, Costco. There isn't really anything here that makes me think of Kroger. Oh well, lol.
