The pharmacy is another place where the new decor makes a big difference in how it looks! Notably, all of the small signage in the pharmacy was actually updated in this store's remodel, something that frequently doesn't happen. The actual fixtures were still left as is, though, including their rather unattractive woodgrain finish.
