There's sure a lot of "Apparel" in a small area here! It appears the original decor contractor recognized that the main department sign would be very difficult to see, being placed above the light fixtures and behind all of the floral stuff, so they added a "To Apparel" sign off to the side; I'm guessing that the store employees then decided even that wasn't enough and tacked on the extremely unofficial sign on that endcap. Quite an odd look!
Ha, that endcap 'Apparel' sign looks a bit like Albertsons' 1960s era logo! It's a bit strange seeing something so 'western' looking here. I'm sure that is unofficial Kroger decor, lol.
