Putting the grammar issues on those endcap signs aside, and also the strangeness of something talking about "what's new" having been in place for over a decade, things only get weirder (decor-wise, at least) as you get into the health and beauty department. While the Bountiful+ elements are something you can still find all over the country, the cosmetics wall decor is something that may well have been unique to this store -- late-stage Northwest decor was never very common to begin with, and there were several variations of it, plus none of the other stores I'm aware of that have or once had had some version of this decor put the health and beauty department on an exterior wall like this -- Fred Meyer's standard layout put the pharmacy in the middle of the front end and health and beauty somewhere in the central aisles, meaning it rarely got any significant decor of its own.
