Straight shot

Of course, that "new" facade is quite vintage in its own right these days -- I'm guessing this was added shortly after this store was taken over by Pay 'n Save (a chain owned by one of the major Tradewell franchise owners, and also related to Ernst Hardware, the original tenant of the adjacent Staples/Dollar Tree building, along with a large number of other defunct Northwest retail brands), as it has a rather 70s look to it with similar styling to some other surviving Pay 'n Save stores. While most of the windows that were a distinctive part of the Tradewell design are gone now, the store still has more windows than a typical modern retail building, though they look quite strange in this shot as apparently Rite Aid has put some sort of tinted film over all of the windows but the ones on either end.
