Up in the front left corner, I was surprised to find some seriously vintage remnants in a store that has been remodeled several times over the past few decades, including Pastel Arches in the 90s, Lifestyle v2 in 2010, and Modern circa 2020. First up, the wall dividing the meat cases from the jams and jellies (that's a strange combination!) has some very old-looking, painted-over wood paneling -- I'm guessing this dates back to at least the 60s (when Safeway's decor included a lot of wood paneling), but it's entirely possible it's original to the store for all I know.
