I was a little surprised this store had a customer service counter at all, even if it's just a little kiosk with a built-in checkout lane. I'm not sure why the Lifestyle wood flooring extends out here -- perhaps they considered this to be the floral department too originally, judging by the merchandise to the left of the counter. I'm not entirely sure what's up with the blue and red things on top of the shelving in the background -- I thought they were some sort of summer seasonal thing originally, but these pictures were taken in December, so perhaps they're sleds (and there are certainly some serious sledding hills just a few blocks from this store! OK, sledding there might actually be a rather bad idea...).
