This store's deli got two wall signs -- "Delicatessen" for the cold section and "Prepared Foods" for the hot side. This is something that seems to have been dropped when Safeway started putting Modern in nearly all of their local stores, and I have no idea why -- most Safeways have a similar setup to this, with two separate wall planes in the deli, but ones remodeled as part of the cheap remodel wave almost always just get the Delicatessen sign, with the other wall staying blank. This looks much better, though it is a little weird seeing two of the woodgrain-background signs right next to one another.
