Well, I'm not entirely sure, but it appears to be some sort of play structure/trampoline thing, tucked into the hallway to nowhere on the south (back) side of the central court. It was nice to see that they seem to have matched the lighting on this thing to the blue neon (I know it looks a bit more purple in photos, but the colors looked much closer in person -- it seems to be difficult to get pictures of LED lighting like this to turn out the way I would expect).
